Amine Issa, Jr. has over 20-years experience in consulting, project management, process improvement and business operations. He has performed and delivered in various positions and roles such as project managing international operations and HR projects in Mexico, the Caribbean, and the USA. Such projects included: leadership decision making; business expansion, Human Resources outsourcing; service delivery management for multiple accounts; client relations; direct supervision of teams; mentoring; budgeting; resource allocation; project implementation; applied technology; deployment of Software-as-a-Service; and designing business/change-management processes.
Amine is also multi-lingual, earned a Master Of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, Washington DC; and is both Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a Global TESOL Instructor.
