According to mail from Allan 12/9 2017: Client, Z-Mags, is not looking at the moment.
Our client work with a Kanban agile methodology, giving a lot of accountability and autonomy to the developers. They work with user stories and have several meetings with the Product Owner throughout the week, and daily stand ups. As a front-end developer your task is to understand the story and implement it in the software, ensuring high quality (tested) and UX compatibility (together with the UX-team). Once we are ready we like to peer review it, and then it can be checked it in to our master branch, which is releasable at all times. And we actually do this, as we don't have set sprint times or release days.
Working at our client you get that startup feeling, but with stability. They are honoring the agile manifesto with valuing "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools" meaning that for the rigth person, this is a great opportunity to join a fast moving and well-working team on a continuous journey towards making a great product.
Our client is situated in the middle of Copenhagen.
These are our expectations:
- You have to be eligible to work in Copenhagen (remote is OK once we know you and we have a good flow. This still means most of the interactions at our office).
- You have at least 4 years of experience with software development.
- You have a solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, headers, asset loading / caching).
- You feel comfortable speaking English. You are familiar with object oriented concepts/paradigms and application development in general.
We have a hiring process with quick decisions. If you feel that this opportunity sounds like something that would fit your acceptance criteria’s for your next job - please apply. If it doesn't - then we thank you for the time spent reading all the way here. It was great meeting you.
